NUMI Hydration Lounge Children Policy Agreement

At NUMI Hydration Lounge, we strive to provide a tranquil and safe environment for all our guests and staff. To ensure the comfort and safety of everyone, we have implemented the following policy regarding the presence of children within our facilities. By signing this agreement, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to these guidelines:

Children Policy:

         Age Restriction: Children under the age of 8 are not permitted to enter NUMI Hydration Lounge unless accompanied by a parent or guardian who is not receiving an infusion treatment. This adult must be present to supervise the child at all times within our facilities.

          

         Behavioral Expectation: To maintain a peaceful environment and minimize distractions to our medical staff and discomfort to other guests, all children remain seated during their stay in the lounge. Running, loud noises, or other disruptive behaviors are strictly prohibited.

          

         Responsibility and Supervision: It is the responsibility of the accompanying adult to ensure that the child adheres to our behavioral expectations. We kindly ask for your cooperation in monitoring your child's behavior to prevent disturbances.

          

         Right to Refuse Service: NUMI Hydration Lounge reserves the right to ask any guest and their children to leave if they are not adhering to these policies. Further, we may decline future service to guests who repeatedly fail to comply with these guidelines, especially concerning the supervision and behavior of children.
